Shipping policy

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as product launches, holidays, or promotions.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.



Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • DivineThreads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • DivineThreads is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim.
